Guess where I transferred 🫡😜
Hey everyone it's been a few weeks again so I feel guilty as I'm writing this but here I am. The last week was crazy. We didn't teach a whole lot but we did help our friend vanessa prepare for baptism. She is awesome. Vanessa is the first person to get baptised that I found out on the streets. This work is amazing and I honestly can't describe the joy that this work brings. Honestly had a hard time seeing It at the beginning but it's so awesome!!!!!!
I had to say goodbye to a bunch of friends that I have met here in Jamaica.
What a wonderful place and I do think it was time for a change of scenery. That's why God moved me to da bronx!
It's a cool place. Right after I got off the train and headed to the new apartment I talked to some dudes on mopeds. After saying no to come to church I told them to ride a wheelie and dared them to do it. Seconds after one got on the moped and ripped a fat one clear down the block. Pretty cool I'd say. I might be a bad influence to that stuff but I love it. If he would've offered me you know where I would be. (I'm sure I wouldn't but there's a 99% chance I'd ride it)....
My new companion is elder golightly. He's from Gilbert Arizona and he's going home this transfer. So maybe I'll get a greenie. That would be cool. I think it's gonna be the best transfer yet. Lots of work is about to get done.
For those of you wondering if I have gained wait yes.... yes i have......... 20 pounds of it. And my muscles are slowly fading away and the dad bod is coming in. I don't even care if my hair falls out as long as my facial hair continues to fill in like it is.
Anyways the bronx is cool. And I'm happy to be here. Almost 8 months and time Flys.
Well hope yall have a good week.
Love,
Elder Coca-Cola
Wait wait wait. I also got to welcome my cousin kaden into the mission so that was chill. Super happy to have some family blood here.
Peep the picture of my favorite Guyanese lady ever. Meet sundri.
She's gonna get baptised soon.
